Job summary

Heraeus Materials Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a capable procurement and analytics specialist to oversee governance, maverick spend control and spend analytics across non-manufacturing sites.

The role focuses on developing governance frameworks, regulatory analytics, data visuals and dashboards, with strong SAP/ERP experience, advanced Excel, Power BI and Power Automate to drive digitalization and continuous improvement in supply chain processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems or related discipline.
• Min 5 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or Operational Excellence.
• Experience supporting regulatory compliance and database management.
• Proven track record in process improvement, digitalization and automation initiatives.
• Experience in using SAP or ERP systems.
• Advanced in MS Excel, Power BI, Power Automate and data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical, reporting and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Procurement governance & maverick spend control
• Monitor and manage maverick spend across non-manufacturing sites
• Develop governance frameworks, compliance dashboards and spend analytics
• Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement compliance
• Supply chain & regulatory analytics support
• Maintain and manage databases supporting supply chain and EU regulatory requirement
• Provide analytics, reporting and data insights to support compliance activities and business decisions
• Support procurement digitalization initiatives
• Support implementation and adoption of digital solutions to improve efficiency and visibility
