Adecco Personnel Limited is seeking a Procurement Senior Associate on a 1-year contract to support business management within the department and ensure compliance with the latest group requirements.

You will liaise with internal stakeholders to manage tasks, maintain audit trails, and assist in procuring third-party engagements while handling post-contract activities in line with regulatory expectations. The role requires a proactive, independent work style under pressure.

Qualificações

• Experience providing business management support to a department.
• Ability to liaise with internal stakeholders and maintain documentation for internal controls and audit trails.
• Support procurement processes for third-party supplier engagements and manage post-contract activities.
• Demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude and work effectively under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Provide business management support to the Department, ensuring initiatives comply with the Group’s latest requirements.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to manage tasks accurately and maintain documentation for internal controls and audit trails.
• Support the line manager through the procurement process for third-party supplier engagements and manage post-contract activities in compliance with regulations.
• Undertake ad-hoc duties and assignments as directed by the line manager.
