Job summary

Peoplebank Hong Kong Limited seeks a business management professional to drive regulatory compliance and governance within our department. You will coordinate with stakeholders, ensure robust internal controls, and oversee third‑party supplier engagements while delivering high‑impact operational support.

You will liaise with internal teams, support procurement processes, manage post‑contract activities under regulatory standards, and perform ad‑hoc duties as directed by line management,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement Management, or related discipline.
• At least 3 years' experience in banking, investment, or project procurement.
• Exposure to internal and regulatory governance; familiarity with SFC regulatory requirements.
• Strong IT knowledge and advanced MS Office proficiency.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Provide business management support ensuring compliance with group requirements
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to manage assigned tasks and documentation
• Support procurement processes for third-party supplier engagements
• Manage post-contract supplier activities under regulatory standards
