Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, orders, quotations, service requests and escalations professionally and promptly.
• Provide proactive updates on order and shipment status, including potential risks and recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support timely order fulfilment and resolve customer issues.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate customer reports, operational records and documentation.
• Ensure work processes comply with relevant company policies, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support urgent customer matters outside regular office hours when required.
