Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, Law or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in an investment banking front office or related role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver outputs of high standard.
• Ability to work independently and deliver quality work under pressure.
• Strong partnership mindset and a control-conscious approach to teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on the IPO process, including regulatory requirements, market conditions, and strategic considerations.
• Conducting thorough due diligence on the company seeking to go public, including financial analysis, business model evaluation, and risk assessment.
• Preparing and reviewing documentation for the IPO and other corporate finance transactions, such as the prospectus, financial statements, and regulatory filings.
• Assisting in the valuation of the company and determining the appropriate pricing for the IPO.
• Liaising with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Managing the execution of the IPO, coordinating with legal advisors, auditors, and underwriters.
