ACCA Careers is seeking a high-calibre finance professional to join a leading private equity investment platform in Hong Kong. The role reports to the CFO and focuses on fund accounts, NAV calculations, and cash management across fund structures, with involvement in portfolio company reporting and strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, professional qualifications such as CPA/ACCA, and 4–8 years of PE fund accounting or asset management

• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is preferred.
• 4-8 years of relevant experience in PE fund accounting, PE fund administration, or asset management.

Responsabilidades

• Report to the CFO.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual fund accounts, financial statements, and NAV calculations for private equity funds.
• Oversee capital activities, investment funding, distributions, and cash management across fund structures.
• Monitor portfolio company financial performance and assist with consolidation, valuation support, and investment reporting.
• Assist with new fund launches, fund restructuring projects, and other strategic initiatives as the platform grows.

The Company Our client is a leading private equity investment platform with approximately US$5 billion AUM, specializing in investments across the AI, Technology, and Semiconductor sectors. As the business continues to expand, they are looking for a high-calibre finance professional to join the team and support both fund-level and corporate finance activities.

The Role

• Report to the CFO.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual fund accounts, financial statements, and NAV calculations for private equity funds.
• Oversee capital capital, investment funding, distributions, and cash management across fund structures.
• Monitor portfolio company financial performance and assist with consolidation, valuation support, and investment reporting.
• Assist with new fund launches, fund restructuring projects, and other strategic initiatives as the platform continues to grow.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is preferred.
• 4-8 years of relevant experience in PE fund accounting, PE fund administration, or asset management.
• Strong knowledge of fund accounting, NAV calculations, capital activities, and financial reporting.
• Experience handling private equity fund structures, SPVs, and investment vehicles is highly desirable.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
