Bank of China (Hong Kong) is seeking a capable project delivery professional to plan and drive multiple initiatives supporting frontline sales. You will monitor compliance procedures, collaborate with relationship managers, operations, compliance, risk and technology, and prepare management reports.

Responsibilities include resolving platform issues, supporting ad-hoc projects, and identifying process gaps to enhance efficiency and mitigate risk.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma Holder or above.
• Relevant experience in banking industry.
• Proficient with general computer applications (MS Word, Excel) and Chinese input methods.

Responsabilités

• Plan and drive the delivery of different projects to support on-going sales business development and support front line.
• Support the implementation and execution of monitoring procedures, checklists and controls to maintain compliance with internal policies, trade rules and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with relationship managers, operations, compliance, risk, and technology terms to resolve day-to-day platform-related issues and support ad-hoc projects.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and records for management review.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and suggesting enhancements for operational efficiency and risk mitigation.
