All Star Agency in Hong Kong is seeking a Private Banking Operations Support Officer on a six-month contract to assist daily client-account administration, including account opening, data maintenance, AML/KYC screening and documentation handling.

You will work closely with Front Office and Compliance to ensure records are accurate, processes run smoothly and regulatory requirements are met, with a focus on attention to detail and timely task delivery.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Banking, Administration or related discipline.
• Exposure to banking operations, account services, onboarding or KYC/AML support is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with structured procedures.
• Good organisational and time-management skills with ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with English and Chinese typing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily AML name screening, customer-data checks and initial documentation reviews.
• Support account opening, maintenance and periodic reviews through data input and tracking.
• Update client static data, account profiles and KYC records in the bank’s systems.
• Handle filing, scanning, indexing and record maintenance to keep documents up to date.
• Liaise with Front Office, Compliance and Operations teams to follow up on outstanding documents.
• Assist with process-improvement initiatives, system testing and basic management reporting.
