Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is seeking a Client Solution Associate Director to manage APAC private banking clients and support relationship managers. The role emphasizes onboarding, KYC, and ARM experience, with a focus on high‑net‑worth clients across APAC.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in private banking onboarding, strong commercial sense, and fluency in English and Chinese, enabling effective cross‑border client service and regulatory compliance across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree holder in Business Administration or relevant discipline.
• At least 8 years of working experience in client onboarding/ KYC/ ARM within private banking.
• Strong commercial sense, problem-solving and solution oriented skills.
• Good speaking and writing skills in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Develop client-centric financial solutions tailored to individual needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of banking and financial services.
• Provide expert advice on financial products and services to enhance client satisfaction.
• Manage client relationships and address queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the financial services industry.
• Prepare detailed reports and analyses to support business strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
