Michael Page (Hong Kong) is seeking a senior professional to lead governance and business management within Private Banking. You will support the External Asset Manager/Introducer channel, oversee onboarding, approvals and annual reviews, and coordinate governance across HK and Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in private banking or wealth management.
• Experience in business management, client solutions, EAM/Introducer coverage, KYC onboarding, governance or first-line business support.
• Solid understanding of private banking controls, especially onboarding, referrals, intermediaries, third-party providers, reviews and documentation.
• Strong stakeholder-management with relationships with RM, senior management, control functions and external counterparties.
• Strong analytical skills and experience preparing management reports and risk indicators.
• Commercially minded, hands-on, able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support External Asset Manager/Introducer governance across HK and Singapore.
• Drive governance processes across EAM and Introducer activities.
• Prepare management information, risk indicators and governance materials for senior committees.
• Support insurance broker referral business with Wealth Planning teams and brokers.
• Coordinate broker and policy onboarding, referrals and periodic reviews.
• Advise RMs on regional referral framework and coordinate complex client solutions.
• Provide onboarding and introductory sessions for new RMs.
• Participate in regional projects for new business opportunities and operating models.
