Job summary

PineSearch Consulting is partnering with an international Private Wealth Management firm to recruit an Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) in Hong Kong. The ARM will support Relationship Managers in delivering high‑quality client service, execute banking and investment transactions, manage KYC, and help ensure AML compliance.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in finance or related field and 5–8 years of private banking experience, with strong communication and analytical skills and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, or related field.
• 5–8 years’ experience in private banking.
• Knowledge of FX, bonds, equities, and derivatives.
• Familiar with AML and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist RMs in managing client relationships and client satisfaction.
• Execute banking and investment transactions for clients.
• Handle client inquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Prepare account opening, KYC, and due diligence documentation.
• Monitor transactions for regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with internal departments to process instructions.
• Conduct market research and prepare client meeting materials.
• Maintain client records and financial spreadsheets.
• Act as backup for RMs during absences.
• Ensure AML and risk management policies are followed.
