Job summary

Johnson Stokes & Master is seeking a document production specialist to support all Hong Kong offices. The role includes bulk printing, scanning, binding, CD/DVD burning, and electronic filing.

You will ensure high-quality outputs for business and marketing needs and coordinate handovers between shifts to ensure continuity. The position requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work with various printing channels and teams.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and professionalism are required.
• Knowledge of printing processes, equipment, and finishing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide document production and specialisation support to all JSM offices.
• Print documents through various channels and ensure high-quality outputs.
• Perform hyperlinking, burning of CD/DVD/USBs, and document packaging.
• Scan or photocopy documents, books and materials as required.
• Handover tasks between dayshift and nightshift to ensure continuity.
• Work with users and peers under minimal supervision.
• Coordinate daily tasks and maintain good relationships with stakeholders.
