Job description

The Office for Attracting Strategic Enterprises (OASES) is a dedicated office of the HKSAR Government tasked to attract high-potential and flagship strategic enterprises from around the globe.

The Principal Manager (Fintech) is mainly responsible for – (a) providing support in engaging and negotiating with strategic enterprises from the fintech industry, and offering aftercare services; (b) assisting Chief Manager and Deputy Chief Manager in providing one-stop services and formulating tailor‑made packages for strategic enterprises to facilitate setting up/ expansion of their operations in Hong Kong; (c) developing, implementing and supporting Office for Attracting Strategic Enterprises’ outreaching and promotional activities; (d) liaising and coordinating with relevant bureaux/departments, public bodies, and other internal and external stakeholders; (e) engaging and maintaining close contact with multipliers and other stakeholders from the fintech ecosystem, with a view to raising ...
