Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an entry-level IT Infrastructure professional in Hong Kong (Taikoo Shing / client sites). You will contribute to servers, networks, firewalls, virtualization, and application infra across the deal lifecycle, delivering technical input and recommendations.

You will provide lifecycle technical support, plan installations, monitor performance, and troubleshoot within ITIL-aligned processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.
• Entry-level certification(s) in the relevant field preferred (Tencent Cloud Certification is an advantage).
• Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Cantonese.
• Technical skills in Linux, Cloud, or Container environments.

• Deliver technical input, solutions, and recommendations to support deal pursuits.
• Provide lifecycle technical support for IT and/or application infrastructure, including planning, installation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and de-installation.

Job description

• Provide expertise in IT infrastructure (e.g., servers, networks, firewalls, virtualization), application infrastructure (e.g., EAP/JRE), and related services (e.g., Business Continuity) throughout the lifecycle of a deal, in accordance with contractual terms and established technical standards.
• Deliver technical input, solutions, and recommendations to support deal pursuits.
• Provide lifecycle technical support for IT and/or application infrastructure, including planning, project management, installation, ongoing management/monitoring/troubleshooting, and de-installation, following operational policies and processes compliant with industry standards (e.g., ITIL).
• Apply growing technical knowledge to operate within a technology area (e.g., server administration, technical security management, performance management) or customer group with limited risk/complexity.
• Independently implement changes and solutions to meet customer and/or IT infrastructure needs within the assigned technical responsibility.

Job Requirement (Top 5):

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.
