Job summary

DXC Technology Enterprise Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to provide expertise across IT infrastructure, application infrastructure, and related services throughout deal lifecycles. You will deliver technical input, solutions, and recommendations to support deal pursuits and operate within defined ITIL-aligned policies.

Responsibilities include planning, installation, ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting, and independent change implementation to meet customer

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business is required.
Entry‑level certification(s) in relevant field preferred (Tencent Cloud Certification is an advantage).
Self‑motivated with the ability to work under pressure.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Cantonese.
Technical skills in Linux, Cloud, or Container environments.

Responsibilities

Provide expertise in IT infrastructure and application infrastructure throughout the deal lifecycle.
Deliver technical input and recommendations to support deal pursuits.
Provide lifecycle technical support including planning, installation, monitoring, and de‑installation.
Apply growing technical knowledge to operate within a technology area or customer group.
Independently implement changes to meet customer needs within the assigned technical responsibility.
