Job summary

DXC Technology Enterprise Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to provide expertise across IT infrastructure, application infrastructure, and related services throughout deal lifecycles. You will deliver technical input, solutions, and recommendations to support deal pursuits and operate within defined ITIL-aligned policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business is required.
• Entry‑level certification(s) in relevant field preferred (Tencent Cloud Certification is an advantage).
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Cantonese.
• Technical skills in Linux, Cloud, or Container environments.

"

Provide expertise in IT infrastructure (e.g., servers, networks, firewalls, virtualization), application infrastructure (e.g., EAP/JRE), and related services (e.g., Business Continuity) throughout the lifecycle of a deal, in accordance with contractual terms and established technical standards.

· Deliver technical input, solutions, and recommendations to support deal pursuits.

Provide lifecycle technical support for IT and/or application infrastructure, including planning, project management, installation, ongoing management/monitoring/troubleshooting, and de‑installation, following operational policies and processes compliant with industry standards (e.g., ITIL).

Apply growing technical knowledge to operate within a technology area (e.g., server administration, technical security management, performance management) or customer group with limited risk/complexity.

Independently implement changes and solutions to meet customer and/or IT infrastructure needs within the assigned technical responsibility.

Job Requirement (Top 5):

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.

· Entry‑level certification(s) in the relevant field preferred (Tencent Cloud Certification is an advantage).

· Self‑motivated with the ability to work under pressure.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Cantonese.

Location: DXC office (Taikoo Shing) / Client sites

Working hour: 09:00 – 18:00 (Mon – Fri)
