Job summary

DRIFTINT in the heart of Hong Kong's Central invites passionate hospitality professionals to join as Service Ambassadors. You will greet guests warmly, verify access, and guide them through our premium lounge with thoughtful service at every touchpoint.

Collaborating with the Duty Manager and F&B team, you’ll maintain lounge presentation, support reservations, and respond promptly to inquiries, feedback, or requests.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years customer service experience in hospitality or premium service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English; Cantonese and Putonghua a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, professional welcome to customers.
• Proactively engage customers and guide first-time visitors.
• Monitor satisfaction and respond to inquiries, feedback, or requests.
• Collaborate with the Duty Manager and lounge team to ensure premium experiences.
• Support daily lounge operations: reservations, stock, and presentation.
• Regularly check lounge environment and assist quality control.
• Coordinate with F&B to ensure smooth service flow and manage expectations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of offerings and features to provide accurate info.
