Responsibilities

• Lead by example in delivering world-class cigar consultations tailored to guest preferences.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and repeat business.
• Drive sales by setting targets, coaching staff, and using upselling techniques.
• Coach retail staff to maintain high standards of service and product knowledge.
• Oversee daily shop operations, displays, inventory, and supplier coordination.
• Ensure compliance with policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Prepare sales and inventory reports for management review.
• Handle additional duties to support growth and efficiency.
