Job summary

Nanyang Brothers Tobacco Co Ltd is seeking a service-oriented professional for cigar recommendations, store operations support, and CRM-driven promotions. The role emphasizes excellent customer service, product knowledge, and teamwork to maintain smooth daily store functions.

Fluent Cantonese and Mandarin are required, with English a plus. The position involves shifts from 11:00-21:00 or 13:00-23:00, 5-6 days per week, offering exposure to premium tobacco products and customer engagement

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience; prior experience in cigar, tobacco, wine, luxury or clubhouse is preferred.
• Familiarity with mainstream cigar brands and flavor profiles, maintenance and cutting techniques.
• Fluent in Spoken Cantonese and Mandarin; English is a plus.
• Professional image and strong customer service awareness and communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy.

Job description

Professional Cigar Services:

Provide clients with professional recommendations on cigar categories, origins, flavor profiles, and maintenance.

Store Operations Support:

Manage daily operations, handle sales and customer enquiries. Store opening preparations, cashier handover, inventory counting and basic operational checks, and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager and supervisor.

Promotion and Customer Relationship Management:

Prepare promotional material to build brand exposure. Establish and maintain client profiles, conduct regular follow-ups, share updates on new products, assist in organizing event to enhance customer loyalty.

Job Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of retail experience; prior experience in cigar, tobacco, wine, luxury or clubhouse is preferred.

Professional Knowledge:

Familiarity with mainstream cigar brands and flavor profiles, proficiency in cigar maintenance and cutting techniques, and a willingness to continuously learn.

Image:

Professional Image, strong customer service awareness and communication skills.

Other:

Basic computer literacy. Fluent in Spoken Cantonese and Mandarin. Fluent in English is a plus. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Shop Assistant.

Working Hour : 11:00 - 21:00 / 13:00 - 23:00 (Shift Duty Required), 5-6 days work per week.
