Job summary

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

About the role

Directly reports to Line Manager

As the Pre-Sales Engineer, you will:

• Collaborate with sales teams and customers to understand business requirements, design technical solutions, and align proposed offerings with customer needs.
• Deliver product presentations, technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and solution workshops to showcase the value and capabilities of the company's products and services.
• Prepare technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and solution documentation while providing technical guidance throughout the sales cycle to support successful deal closure.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

About you

The ideal Pre-Sales Engineer:

• Tertiary education
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Detail-minded, fast learner, hardworking, aggressive, self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently and collaborate with others as a team
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Good command of both written and spoken English
