Job summary

CLP is seeking an experienced engineer to supervise Integrated Facilities Management activities in BPPS, ensuring safe, compliant work and achievement of KPIs. The role involves coordinating with civil contractors, NEC partners, and other stakeholders to manage budgets and schedules.

The ideal candidate has an engineering degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, familiarity with CLP safety rules, and knowledge of data analysis tools like Power BI.

• A recognized university degree or equivalent in an engineering discipline.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Proven teamwork and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise productivity and performance of IFM activities in BPPS, ensuring safe and professional delivery.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to align work scopes, schedules, and KPIs.
• Monitor asset management including budgeting, governance, and ad-hoc site works.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance plant reliability and sustainability.
• Facilitate AI or innovative ideas to improve O&M effectiveness.
