CLP Group in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Engineer - Plant O&M to lead a team of engineers and professionals responsible for operation and maintenance, improvements and emergency services on transmission plant. You will plan and supervise activities, conduct fault analysis and coordinate with customers and contractors.

The role requires a university degree in Electrical Engineering, MHKIE or equivalent, at least 5 years in electricity supply, and proven leadership.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• MHKIE or equivalent qualification would be an advantage.
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience in electricity supply.
• Senior Authorized Person certification is preferred.

Mansioni

• Plan, control and carry out operation and maintenance activities on power systems plant equipment.
• Carry out fault diagnosis, analysis and repairs.
• Coordinate with customers, contractors and utilities to ensure effective execution.
• Lead audits of safety plans and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Supervise and develop subordinates and manage standby operations.
• Ensure budgets are prepared and monitored.
