Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Licensed, or immediately eligible to be licensed, to conduct Type 4 and Type 9 regulated activities under the Securities and Futures Ordinance.
• 1–2 years of continuous full-time experience in a regulated financial institution.
• Strong English, Cantonese and Mandarin communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced in using AI productivity tools.
• High degree of professionalism, integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information and situations.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organisational discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of investment portfolios, including pre-trade review, trade matching, post-trade reconciliation and record keeping.
• Liaise in English with fund administrators on NAV-related matters, Cayman and Hong Kong legal counsel on fund legal and regulatory matters, and banks and custodians on account documentation and operational requirements.
• Provide trading support and backup for portfolio execution, with a sound understanding of global equity markets.
• Provide operational support and client servicing to discretionary portfolio management and high-net-worth clients (non-sales).
• Review, coordinate and maintain portfolio certifications, regulatory filings and internal documentation.
• Prepare reports, working papers and other operational documents as required.
• Undertake ad hoc assignments and projects as directed by management.
