Job summary

Hang Seng Bank Limited is seeking an Assistant Portfolio Financial Services Manager to join its asset management team in Hong Kong. The role focuses on monitoring investment guidelines, regulatory codes, and fund activities to uphold compliance and excellence.

You should have a university degree and at least two years of experience in asset management operations, with English and Chinese proficiency and knowledge of Bloomberg AIM or similar regulation coding to support ongoing investment

Qualifications

University degree in a related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in asset management operations and investment products knowledge.
Proficiency in English and Chinese.
Knowledge of Bloomberg AIM or investment compliance regulation coding is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Provide support to monitor and detect any exceptions to investment guidelines, regulatory codes and risk measurements to maintain compliance.
Prepare reports to monitor asset allocation and fund income with respect to investment activities and regulatory requirements.
Develop and update monitoring tools to cater for market changes and new financial instruments.
Perform NAV validation and reasonableness checking for fair investment fund valuation.
Collaborate with teams to ensure efficient customer service processes.
