Job summary

AIA Hong Kong is seeking a Policy Owner Service, Specialist (Governance and Control) to support governance and risk management within the department. The role focuses on delivering compliant projects and ensuring adherence to corporate guidance and regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will embed a customer-first mindset, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and help enhance controls, policies, and processes to maintain high standards across the organization.

Qualifications

• University/college degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in operation governance, project management and process review in insurance is a plus.
• Ability to take ownership and handle multi-tasks in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong judgement, accuracy, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Governance and Control: perform audits and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Project Support: coordinate risk/compliance initiatives and train stakeholders.
• Other responsibilities: perform duties as assigned to meet business needs.
