Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a PMO professional in Hong Kong to establish and mature a centralized PMO for client delivery projects. You will design governance standards, templates, and reporting routines, and drive consistent adoption across project phases.

You will coordinate with project managers, maintain key PMO artefacts, and push improvements in dashboards, data quality, and reporting automation. English fluency is essential; Cantonese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• 4–7 years of relevant PMO experience.
• Experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects, client-facing preferred.
• Experience in project reporting, governance, RAID management, change control, and stakeholder coordination.
• PMO certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) are an advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Cantonese proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate a centralized PMO for client delivery projects.
• Develop and continuously improve governance standards, templates, and reporting routines.
• Promote consistent adoption of governance across all project phases.
• Coordinate with project managers to improve documentation and reporting quality.
• Maintain PMO artefacts like plans, RAID logs, change requests, status reports.
• Support health checks, governance reviews, and audits.
• Coach teams on PMO standards and governance best practices.
• Consolidate portfolio information for management dashboards and reports.
• Analyze project data to identify trends and risks.
• Support executive reporting and KPI tracking.
• Track KPIs and ensure data validity and clear communication.
