Job summary

CLSA in Hong Kong is seeking a PMO Analyst to support governance, reporting, planning, and control of projects across the organization. The role maintains PMO standards and produces management reporting to help track performance and compliance.

Responsibilities include producing weekly to quarterly portfolio reports, consolidating risks, issues, milestones, and decisions, and coordinating governance forums. A bilingual English/Mandarin candidate is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, or related discipline.
• 5-10 years’ experience with 2-3 years in IT project/PMO governance.
• Excellent analytical skills, logic and numeracy.
• Strong communicator, organized and methodical by nature.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience preparing management reports and dashboards.
• Strong understanding of PMO role & function.
• Experience with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
• Experience within financial services, banking, or securities industries.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a MUST

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and maintenance of PMO governance methodologies and standards.
• Ensure projects comply with approved project governance and reporting requirements.
• Monitor adherence to project management processes and escalate exceptions where required.
• Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly portfolio management reports.
• Consolidate project status updates, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and key decisions.
• Coordinate project meetings, steering committees, and governance forums.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, action logs, and follow-up items.
• Provide regular updates to department heads and HQ
