Job summary

INNOX in Hong Kong is seeking a Client Engagement Lead who will report to the CTO. This full-time role builds and runs a PMO that embeds LEAN, PDCA, and Six Sigma coaching across technology, digital, and operational improvement programmes to ensure initiatives are governed, coached, and sustained rather than merely tracked.

You will establish PMO standards, maintain portfolio visibility, and align cadence with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• PMO / programme management experience in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Hands-on LEAN, PDCA and Six Sigma coaching experience preferred.
• Strong data-driven reporting and executive communication skills.
• Bilingual English and Cantonese preferred; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• PMO & programme governance: establish standards, RAID, stage gates and benefits tracking.
• Maintain portfolio view and escalate risks to CTO-sponsored programmes.
• LEAN / PDCA / Six Sigma coaching across technology, digital and operations.
• Delivery & benefits: turn ideas into executable plans with KPIs and data-backed tracking.
