Job summary

CMHK is seeking a senior Platform Operations professional to design operation strategies, traffic governance and a growth roadmap for the LLM PaaS/SaaS platform. You will develop token cost models, quota allocation and risk controls to drive API usage while ensuring platform security and compliance.

You will build tiered pricing, monitor metrics such as ARPU and token consumption, and formulate strategies to acquire, retain and re-engage users.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant platform operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field.
• Deep understanding of token cost mechanisms and context window.
• Familiar with API lifecycle management, rate limiting, authentication and billing.
• Proficient in SQL and BI tools with data sensitivity.
• Ability to abstract operational activities into platform capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design operation strategies and traffic governance for LLM platform.
• Develop token cost, quota, and risk control strategies.
• Build pricing models for LLM APIs and monitor KPIs.
• Drive user acquisition, retention and engagement strategies.
• Implement security audits and compliance checks for platform traffic.
• Deliver FinOps analyses and cost accounting reports.
