Job summary

• 2–4 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Broad engineering foundation across the full stack.
• Proficiency with a modern JavaScript / TypeScript stack (React, Node.js).
• Version control and multi-environment deployment (Git or Azure DevOps).
• Sound solution-design judgment translating ambiguous requirements into technical plans.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools.
• Ability to work with business stakeholders and translate needs into software.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain the internal platform across the full stack (React, TypeScript, Node.js).
• Engage with business teams to capture requirements and deliver automated solutions.
• Provide technical depth and redundancy across the platform to avoid single points of failure.
• Develop end-to-end solutions translating business needs into working software.
• Leverage AI-assisted development to prototype, build, and iterate rapidly.
• Extend AI-native and automation capabilities including workflows and self-service.
• Manage version control, branching, and deployments across Sandbox, QA, and production.
• Contribute to the platform's external-facing layer for partners.
• Maintain code quality and documentation to ensure long-term maintainability.
