Job summary

Binance in Hong Kong is seeking an enthusiastic Full Stack Engineer to join early AI-enabled product teams. You will own features across frontend and backend, work with Node.js, React, Java or Golang, and help shape an autonomous AI-driven development model.

The role emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and the ability to turn product ideas into concrete implementations, with a dynamic, fast-paced environment and opportunities for learning and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or AI-related field.
• 1–5 years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Java or Golang for backend.
• Strong Node.js and React experience.
• Experience delivering end-to-end production projects.
• Experience with databases and data modelling.
• Proficiency with AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of product features across frontend and backend.
• Integrate AI coding tools into daily workflow.
• Translate requirements into implementations with minimal handoff.
• Mentor teammates and promote full stack practices.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
• Contribute to product lifecycle from ideation to deployment.
