Job summary

Hyphen Connect Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced engineering leader to build and own an AI-native platform designed to modernize global corporate and fiduciary workflows.

You will lead full-stack engineering to replace manual processes with structured extraction and LLM verification, and manage architecture, reliability, and technical strategy from day one, while collaborating with leadership and operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of engineering with hands-on leadership in startups.
• Founding or early-stage startup engineer owning full-stack delivery end-to-end.
• Production experience with LLMs and agentic systems, including structured extraction and tool orchestration.
• Expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, and managing a multi-app monorepo.

Responsibilities

• Build and own an AI-native platform for global corporate and fiduciary workflows.
• Lead full-stack engineering to automate processes with structured extraction and LLM verification.
• Own the entire product surface, including internal operations consoles and client portals.
• Serve as hands-on engineering lead, managing architecture, delivery, reliability, and technical strategy.
• Collaborate with leadership, compliance, and operations while scaling the engineering function.
