Job summary

The Hong Kong Jockey Club is seeking an events and partnerships professional to support the Charities and Community Division and IoP in planning and delivering high-profile events, seminars, and dialogues at regional and international fora.

You will lead a small team, coordinate travel and logistics for guests from Hong Kong SAR, Mainland China, and overseas, and collaborate with external partners and vendors to produce compelling programmes and publicity materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills with ability to lead a small team in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in English and Chinese.
• Willingness to undertake business travel as required for event and programme execution.

Responsibilities

• Support Assistant Executives and lead a small team to organise events, seminars, high-level dialogues, fireside chats, and side programmes at major regional and international fora.
• Design and execute the Philanthropic Partners Visit Programme to engage IoP partners through curated visits to Hong Kong and beyond.
• Coordinate travel and logistical arrangements for internal and external guests from HK, Mainland China, and overseas.
• Oversee and manage internal procurement and administrative processes related to event management and publicity materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, partners, and consultants to deliver high-quality events at regional and international platforms.
