Through this model, the Club generates economic and social value for the community and supports the HKSAR Government in combatting illegal gambling.

The Division

The Charities and Community (C&C) Division manages strategic planning, grant donations, impactful project initiation, community engagement, and the day-to-day operations of the HKJC Charities Trust. The Department

The role supports the Institute of Philanthropy (IoP) in fulfilling its mission as a “think‑fund‑do” tank and in advancing its Founding Funders’ (i.e. the Club’s and its Charities Trust’s) vision to be a world‑class charity and community benefactor. The position contributes to the development of philanthropic thought leadership and strengthens IoP’s presence locally, regionally, and internationally through the effective planning and execution of events, programmes, and stakeholder engagements.

  • Undertake additional duties and projects as assigned by the supervisor to support overall team and organisational objectives.
About You
  • Bachelor’s degree with 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in international event management and production, the hospitality industry, creative and content development, or other related fields.
  • Detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and lead a small team in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
  • Strong communication skills with proficiency in both English and Chinese.
  • Passion, strong drive, and professional interest in philanthropy and event management.
