國際綠色能源集團有限公司 is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Chairman from Hong Kong. The role involves managing calendars, travel, and daily agendas, with occasional travel to Hainan, Beijing, and Taiwan.
You will accompany the Chairman to meetings, assist in negotiations, and translate/ summarize contracts with strict confidentiality. Fluent English, Mandarin, and Cantonese are required, and a Bachelor’s degree in English, business, or related fields is preferred.
Executive Gatekeeping & Schedule Management: Manage the Chairman's calendar, travel logistics, and daily agenda (based in Hong Kong, with required travel to Hainan, Beijing, Taiwan, etc.); independently filter incoming calls, emails, and meeting requests to optimise the Chairman's time and focus.
High-Level Negotiation & Foreign Relations: Accompany the Chairman to high-stakes business meetings, negotiations, and social dinners with C-suite executives, big corporations, and foreign partners; assist in English/Mandarin communication, business follow-ups, and fostering foreign partner relations.
Translation & Confidential Document Management: Translate, review, and summarise foreign language commercial contracts, strategic partnership agreements, and legal documents; establish and maintain a strict archiving system for confidential corporate files.
VIP Reception & Executive Protocol: Take charge of top-tier VIP hospitality, executive receptions, and high-level business dining for overseas clients and key enterprise partners, ensuring flawless business protocol and social etiquette.
Direct Executive Assistance & Ad-hoc Support: Serve as the Chairman's trusted right hand to execute tasks, high-priority projects, and any ad-hoc duties directly assigned by the Chairman with complete confidentiality.
Hong Kong Permanent Resident.
Bachelor's degree or above in English, Foreign Languages, Business Administration, International Trade, Law, or related disciplines.
Fresh graduates are welcome; 0-2 years of experience in high-level executive support, business development, or protocol/reception is an advantage.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills - outgoing, poise under pressure, and naturally confident when engaging with foreign business partners and high-profile corporate leaders.
Excellent command of written and spoken English; fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.
