DiYi TCM in Hong Kong is seeking an HR Generalist to oversee the full spectrum of human resources activities. You will maintain accurate employee records, ensure timely payroll processing, and support recruitment from posting to orientation.

You will manage work passes, leave, medical records, and insurance processes in compliance with regulatory requirements. Ideal candidates hold a relevant degree and 2-3 years’ experience, with knowledge of Employment Act and Work Injury Compensation Act.

Competenze

• Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of working experience.
• Knowledge of Employment Act and Work Injury Compensation Act.
• Payroll experience with INFOTECH system is an advantage.
• Team player with strong analytical skills and high confidentiality.
• Self-driven, initiative, resourceful, and able to work independently.

Mansioni

• Handle full spectrum of HR functions.
• Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records for accurate reporting.
• Ensure payroll is performed timely and accurately.
• Assist with recruitment from job posting, interview coordination, and staff orientation.
• Handle work passes matters (quota calculation, applications, renewals, cancellations).
