MULTIFLORA NOIBARA PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR professional to manage full HR operations, payroll processing, recruitment, and work passes compliance in Hong Kong.

The role requires a degree in HR or related field and 2–3 years of relevant experience. You will maintain HR records, advise on policies, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will also handle payroll documentation, IR8A/IR21 submissions, and support insurance processes, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and

• Degree in HR, Accounting or equivalent.
• 2–3 years' experience in HR/Payroll roles.
• Knowledge of Employment Act and Work Injury Compensation Act.

Responsabilidades

• Handle full spectrum of HR functions.
• Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records.
• Process payroll timely and accurately.
• Assist with recruitment: posting, screening, interviews, onboarding.
• Handle work passes: quota calculations, applications, renewals, cancellations.
• Manage leave, medical records and related documentation.
• Support and manage company insurance processes and claims.
• Advise staff on HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure HR policies comply with regulations and laws.
• Maintain payroll documentation and annual submissions (IR8A/IR21).
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
