Job summary

Manulife is seeking an Assistant Business Development Manager – Pension Sales in Hong Kong to expand MPF/ORSO pension business through agency and intermediary channels. You will drive new business, manage partner relationships, and implement sales strategies while delivering competitive pension solutions to clients.

You will coordinate events, train agents, and support sales teams with compliant product presentations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in financial services, preferably pension/wealth management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Strong relationship management and problem‑solving abilities with a sales mindset.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of MPF/ORSO schemes and Hong Kong retirement system.

Responsibilities

• Enhance and deepen relationships with agency partners and corporate intermediaries to grow MPF/ORSO business.
• Act as the primary contact for pension inquiries, providing timely support and product clarification.
• Plan and coordinate agency events, roadshows, webinars and training sessions to drive product knowledge.
• Propose tailored pension solutions in collaboration with frontline agents and corporate sales teams.
• Monitor KPIs and assist in sales plans and channel strategies.
