Job summary

BOCI-Prudential Asset Management Ltd invites applications for a Manager/Senior Manager, Retirement Services (Business Development, MPF and ORSO). Lead sales strategy and marketing plans to drive MPF/ORSO distribution across channels and coordinate BD activities and events.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Marketing and a minimum of 3 years in sales or business development within banks or financial services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales or business development experience in banks or financial services institutions.
• In-depth knowledge of MPF and ORSO regulations and market practices.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing distribution channels.
• SFC Type 4 and MPF licenses required; CFP or related certifications preferred.
• Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

Our Marketing Department is currently looking for high caliber candidates to join our Retirement Services Team:

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies and marketing plan to drive retirement products (MPF and ORSO) distribution through various channels.

Coordinate business development activities and marketing events for retirement products (MPF and ORSO) for attainment of sales goals and profitability.

Conduct market analysis and prepare market information and statistical reports to identify trends, opportunities and competitive insights.

Deliver high-quality pre- and post-sales support to distributors and clients, ensuring excellent service, close relationship and long-term satisfaction.

Provide regular sales performance reports and feedback to senior management.

Arrange training sessions for distributors to deepen product expertise and enhance customer engagement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related discipline.

Minimum 3 years of relevant sales or business development experience in banks or financial services institutions. Candidates with less experience will be considered for a junior-level position.

In-depth knowledge of MPF and ORSO regulations and market practices.

Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing distribution channels.

Possession of SFC Type 4 and MPF licenses is required; CFP or other relevant certifications are preferred.

Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing.

Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, results-driven and able to work independently as well as in a team.
