Job summary

Argyll Scott Client, a financial services firm in Hong Kong, seeks Business Analysts (technical and non-technical) to join the pensions team. Play a key role in transformation and process improvement while engaging with stakeholders in English and Cantonese.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, BRD drafting, user-story writing, and supporting project management. Strong Pension domain knowledge and agile experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Strong end-to-end Pension (MPF / ORSO) operations knowledge.
• Experience in BRD writing and in both Waterfall & Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and logical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements.
• Draft and review business requirement documents.
• Write and document user stories.
• Analyse existing processes and systems for improvements.
• Assist in project management tasks including planning, execution and monitoring.
