Job summary

ACCA Careers seeks a Senior Business Analyst in Hong Kong to drive transformation initiatives across operations within a major financial services client. You will partner with stakeholders, document requirements, and shape end-to-end process changes.

You will lead workshops, coordinate with PMs and vendors, and oversee UAT, training, and post-launch stabilization while ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business administration, information technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience in insurance, banking, or financial services.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, documentation, system implementation, and UAT.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for transformation initiatives.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and support end-to-end processing design.
• Facilitate workshops to identify process improvements and business solutions.
• Collaborate with project managers, technology teams, and vendors to ensure project delivery.
• Prepare and maintain business requirements, user stories, process flows, test plans, training materials, and procedures.
• Review solution designs to ensure alignment with objectives and user expectations.
• Lead and coordinate UAT planning, execution, and defect management.
• Support system implementation, rollout, training, and post-launch stabilization.
• Monitor solution performance and recommend enhancements to improve operations and customer experience.
