Job summary

Job description

Lead and manage end-to-end MPF/Pension related projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to define project scope, objectives, and implementation plans.

Drive project governance, risk management, issue resolution, and change control processes.

Coordinate cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to solution deployment.

Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Manage vendors and external partners, including procurement activities, contract negotiation, and delivery oversight.

Support business transformation initiatives by identifying process improvement opportunities and recommending technology-enabled solutions.

Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with regulatory and operational requirements.

Requirements:

6+ years of Project Management experience within the Financial Services industry.

Proven experience leading MPF, Pension, Retirement, or Employee Benefits related projects.

Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid approaches.

Experience managing multiple stakeholders across business, technology, operations, and external vendors.

Strong knowledge of system implementation, business process transformation, and change management.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese) is a MUST.

PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or other project management certifications would be an advantage.
