Job summary

Hua Ao in Hong Kong is seeking a Payments & Treasury Manager to build banking and funds flow capabilities and support the growth of the payments business. The role combines funds flow planning, bank account opening and relationship management with payment and treasury coordination.

Key responsibilities include mapping funds flows, defining requirements for each business line, leading bank discussions, and ensuring smooth settlement and reconciliation as the business scales.

Qualifications

• Experience in payments, remittances, fintech, treasury or banking operations, preferably in Hong Kong.
• Practical understanding of bank onboarding, cross-border funds flows and payment or settlement processes.
• Ability to work across business, finance and compliance teams and explain complex funds flows clearly to external partners.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail and English and Mandarin communication skills.
