Job description

Check financial reimbursement documents comply with the requirements of financial compliance, the head office and branch’s role, etc.

Post entries in the financial system and make online banking payments.

Reconcile bank transactions and prepare relevant record.

Issue and manage checks.

Safeguard and register blank vouchers.

Regularly print, organize, and bind original accounting vouchers, manage the storage of accounting vouchers and related voucher retrieval.

Conduct expense budget management, ensuring expenses are listed in accordance within the budget.

Handle other tasks assigned by the leadership.
