Job summary

Changi General Hospital in Singapore seeks a Patient Experience Assistant to engage with patients and support staff in delivering a transformed hospital journey.

You will act as a Digital Influencer guiding patients to use digital services, handle enquiries, and collaborate with volunteers across the Emergency Department, Outpatient clinics, Inpatient wards and public areas. Weekend work on a 5-day week is required, with healthcare experience considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Able to commit to work at least 1 permanent Saturday or Sunday on a 5- day work week
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Candidate with healthcare experience will have an advantage

Responsibilities

• Digital Influencer - Provide guidance to use the digital services of the hospital
• Patient Relations - Proactive Engagement with patients to deliver a positive experience
• Respond to patients’ enquiries, concerns and feedback promptly in a courteous manner
• Support hospital care team to carry out patient service duties
• Interface with Volunteers in related task
• Assist in collating feedbacks & responses from patients & staff
• Provide suggestions in improving patient and staff experience
• Perform any other duties assigned from time to time
