ASIA HEALTHCARE BD PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Clinic Assistant to support daily clinic operations, handle patient registration, assist doctors during consultations, and maintain smooth clinic workflow while delivering high standards of patient care.

This entry-level role offers training, shift work including evenings and weekends, and opportunities for progression to Senior Clinic Assistant or Clinic Manager within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level / NITEC / Diploma.
• Experience in healthcare or customer service is an advantage (training provided).
• Comfortable with shift work, including evenings and weekends.
• Basic computer literacy (e.g., Microsoft Office, clinic systems).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Register patients accurately using clinic management systems.
• Handle appointment scheduling, walk-ins, and enquiries (phone/WhatsApp).
• Process payments and issue invoices/receipts.
• Assist doctors during consultations and basic procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms, medical instruments, and consumables.
• Take basic measurements like height, weight, blood pressure (if trained).
• Assist in medication dispensing under supervision and monitor stock levels.
• Handle documentation, referrals, and insurance claims submission.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and adhere to SOPs and MOH/HCSA guidelines.
