• Strong IT/data analytics skills; proficiency in Python, SQL, and statistics.
• Experience with dashboards in Tableau/Power BI and data visualization.
• Familiarity with generative AI and ML for unstructured data analysis.
• Excellent communication and independent problem-solving with patient focus.
