Harlan's Holding Limited 旗下酒店/餐飲部門現招聘一名專注於糕點廚房的職員，負責糕點、麵包及糖果的製作，並與主廚協作以確保廚房高效運作。你將主導糕點區的日常運作，按照配方親手製作出美味成品，並監控庫存與原料使用。

此職位需在餐飲行業有2–3年相關經驗，熟悉糕點工作或酒店經驗者優先；需具備廣東話、英文及普通話的良好溝通能力，能在壓力下工作，熟悉份量控制與成本核算，並具備團隊協作精神與積極態度。

• 具備廣東話、英文及普通話良好溝通能力（聽說讀寫）。

Responsibilities

• 操作及管理糕點廚房區域，與主廚協作以確保高效工作環境。
• 按照配方製作糕點、烘焙食品及糖果。
• 日常生產運作跟進及檢查食品存放。
• 協助廚房的食品與糕點生產工作。
• 支援廚房整體運作，有時專注於特定區域。
• 確保食品質量與衛生符合標準。

Job Responsibilities

• Operating and managing the pastry section of the kitchen and liaising with the Head Chef to ensure a successful working environment.
• Creating pastries, baked goods, and confections, by following a set recipe.
• Follow up the daily operation production and check the food storage
• Assist in kitchen with food and pastry production
• Support kitchen operations in general and sometimes in specified area
• Make sure food quality and hygiene are maintained

Job Requirements

• At least 2-3 years’ relevant experience in F&B industry; experienced in pastries industry or in hotels is an advantage.
• Must good written and verbal communication skills in Cantonese including English and Mandarin
• Able to work under pressure
• Knowledge about food portion control and food cost
• Have passion for cuisine, team player, cheerful and good communication skills
