Job summary

Hong Kong Parkview is seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to lead the pastry team and oversee the high-standard pastry operations for restaurant, banquet, and buffet services in Hong Kong Parkview.

The role requires minimum 5 years in an international hotel, strong leadership, and good computer skills to manage ordering, rostering, and administrative duties. Training and upholding food hygiene are essential.

Qualifications

• Certificate in food and beverage / hospitality management.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in an international class hotel.
• Computer knowledge.
• Candidates with less experience would be considered as the position of Assistant Pastry Chef.
