Job summary

Harlan’s Bar & Restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui is seeking a pastry professional to lead the pastry section and support the Head Chef in a busy kitchen.

You will create pastries, baked goods, and confections by following set recipes, and monitor daily production and storage for quality and safety.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in F&B, strong Cantonese plus English and Mandarin, and a cheerful, team‑oriented work style. Benefits include medical insurance, annual leave, and career advancement.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years’ relevant experience in F&B industry; pastries industry or hotel experience is an advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication in Cantonese, including English and Mandarin.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Knowledge about food portion control and food cost.
• Passion for cuisine; team player with cheerful communication.
